Petsmart in Carmel/Westfield, on 14720 U.S. 31 North, Carmel, Indiana, 317-815-9568, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from noon to 3:00 pm.

Petco in Carmel, on 10025 N. Michigan Road, Carmel, Indiana 317-337-9505, on selected Saturdays.

Individuals are encouraged to email their request to see a particular foster along with their application to arkpets@hotmail.com.  Please note the location, date, and the foster you would like to see on your email.
